In addition to the support provided through workshops and seminars, East New York Restoration’s SBDC offers a gateway for entrepreneurs and upcoming small businesses through the John Ellis Support Services. The Ellis Support Services were created in honor of John Ellis, a local business owner who provided computer technology, web design, and other technological/media services in East New York and surrounding communities. The Ellis Support Services offers startup businesses one of the most fundamental resources to their growth – office space. The office spaces are located in the Community Relations office at East New York Restoration; on the new Elton Street Corridor. Office spaces are 7x9ft and come equipped with full desk with filing drawers, 2 chairs, file cabinet, phone (with private line), and internet connection. Additionally, business owners have accessibility to a beautiful conference room and administrative support.
For More information on upcoming workshops or availability for the Ellis Support Services, contact Joshua Barker, Director of Small Business Services at 718-676-5920 or JBarker@enyrestoration.org
